Due to the nature of fireworks, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued unless the product was defective as shipped. All sales are final once they have been shipped. Any orders canceled after the order is placed, but before it has shipped, will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  We want to work with you and resolve any issues, so please feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email if you have a problem.
